Complex & Simple Tablet Manufacturing
Lipa’s primary capability is in tablet manufacturing. We are recognised both domestically and internationally as one of Australia’s leading tablet manufacturers.
There are three common manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing. The simplest and easiest processes involves Direct compression (DC) of powder materials. More complex specialised formulas such as those carried out by Lipa require either dry granulation (DG) or wet granulation (WG).
Our Tablet Manufacturing Services
Lipa has the ability to do all types of tablet compressions from the simplest to the most complex formulas. Lipa also specialises in complex formulations with multiple ingredients as well as combinations of herbs, vitamins and minerals within the same tablet, using DG and WG technologies if required.
We also have the capability of conducting both granulation processes and at times within the same product as well. This means that we have the skill to successfully develop and manufacture the most complex of formulations for your brand.
Types of Tablets That We Manufacture
Our tablet manufacturing operations use the latest advanced technologies and internal expertise to produce tablets in formats including:
Film-Coated Tablets
Enteric Coated Tablets
Uncoated Tablets
